Return & Replacement Policy
Our return and replacement policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Replacements
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you whether your replacement request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, a replacement for the same item will be sent to you.
No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only offer replacements for eligible items.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be eligible for replacement. Sale items are not eligible for replacement.
